Pastoral Support

The Pastoral Support Staff is positioned to support the Pastors in their efforts to strengthen the body of the Emmaus Community. Weekly prayer group prior to scheduled gatherings and exploration, light administrative and personal support to the Pastors is expected. Liase with pastoral staff, Elders and Serving Team leadership as instructed by the Pastors. Monitor and evaluate team responses and activity through observation and planned recording.THe Pastoral Support Team gives spiritual support to the membership of Emmaus and is also available for counseling and makes regular visits to the community where the need arises. Available on call as needed for emergency support as directed by the Pastors.

Administrative

The Administration Staff is responsible for supporting the business affairs of the church and working with church members and staff to achieve the church's mission objectives. It is a ministry that serves in the capacity of answering phones; coordinating volunteers for special projects; administer routine mailings and distribute mail/packages and takes meeting minutes at the monthly Leadership meetings.

Finance Team

The Finance Support Staff shepherds the fiscal responsibilities pertaining to church business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accurately recording members' contributions; appropriately accounting for all monies received and disbursed; establishing controls for reimbursement and payments of services; establishing payroll processing that meet and conform to local, state and federal regulations; and financial record and audit preparations.

Buildings & Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Serving Support Staff collaborates with our outside service providers, as well as, our member volunteers to insure that all aspects of our exterior and interior building and property components are maintained in an efficient and safe manner. This includes, but is not limited to, our mechanical plumbing, electrical, environmental, and landscaping systems. 

The Building and Grounds Serving Team works in close relationship with other serving teams to address the challenges associated with meeting the growth and space demands of this dynamic faith community. The Building and Grounds Serving Team strives to make a positive appeal for Christ in the all important physical first impression that guests and visitors experience here at TEC.

Multi-Media Communications

The Multi-Media Staff is responsible for developing the visual and technical execution of Emmaus Community gatherings and related events. The staff endeavors to incorporate the myriad uses of technology to share the love of Christ in a dynamic, engaging, interactive way allowing individuals to reach Christ through a variety of mediums. Those who possess a high level of creativity, have specific technical and organizational gifts to share, and are team oriented are encouraged to apply.
