we imagine. We take the Bible seriously. We encourage a personal and vibrant relationship with Jesus. We gather regularly for corporate worship. We celebrate the sacraments (Communion & Baptism).

In essential….

We depend on the Holy Spirit.
In essential beliefs, we have UNITY.
In nonessential beliefs, we have DIVERSITY.
In all of our beliefs, we promote LOVE.

*At The Emmaus Community, we don’t write the name of G-d.  We do not write out the name for YaHWeh. This is our humble attempt to honor the holy name, not unlike our fore-parents of Jewish decent
